While Willowlake programming tends to slow down over the summer months, we have a few less formal ideas to continue to gather together for those who’d like to:
- Church Picnic – June 14 at the Waldies following the service
- Summer Book Club (reading Sensible Shoes) – starts June 10th with a discussion and walking the Labyrinth at Kings Park
- First Sundays – the first Sunday of each month, bring a picnic and lawn chair and we’ll meet at St. Vital park for an informal shared lunch
- monthly prayer walks to get outside and walk while we pray for different neighbourhoods in our city
- Neighbourhood BBQ – details coming soon as we have a chance to serve hotdogs to our Daycare families and community members
- Sunday School Kickoff and 70th Anniversary BBQ – September 13th
